Hi does anybody know the keel set up on a triton 24 i have one with a soft keel and want to repair it.
i think they are integral to the hull ie not bolted on and are fiber glass as part of the hull then lead filled . but others may no more .
I know it has lead in it as a mate of mine helped build one in the factory so should be a relatively easy fix and yes it is integral

thanks guys i tapped around the hull with a small hammer and its solid as im going to gut the inside of the boat on the weekend hopefully this will revel more and maybe an easy fix.

Sorry what do you mean exactly by ''soft keel'', delamination?
hi mate the keel wobbles from side to side apparently common in the tritons i paid next to noting for the boat and i think she will make a cracking little boat when its repaired.
