Naughty, You are cute, but twisting my neck to see you hurts. If you use Microsoft picture viewer and save the file after you have rotated, it would save my neck.
Now lets see your boat please.

Maybe I was unfair to McNaughty. Some sites seem to reject tall pics and automatically turn them if the width/height ratio is not 4:3. (Example is Gumtree.) Is this the case with this forum?

A little research turned up this site: www.tartanowners.org/
You have one interesting boat. What's the history? Is it the 34C? Sailed out from the US? Encapsulated keel?

Yara, it is a Tartan 37, hull number 9 sailed out from Florida. Don't know about the keel.

and sorry about the sideways shots. They are the right way up when I post them and they come out sideways.

As a matter of interest, do you know the draft?

Looks like you have to crop to a shorter height to make the roughly 1.33 width to height ratio. Mods- what is the required ratio?

Yes, it's 4'2.... 7'2 with the centreboard down, which I have never done, and apparently the previous owner never had down either.

www.tartan37.com/page4.htm

Hi Yara, this is the best site I've found for info on the Tartan 37. Mine hull number 9 is listed here with a previous owner named.

My mate in Melbourne has hull #301 - Adios III (also previous owners listed). I so enjoyed sailing her - what a lovely design and build. Keep hold of that one, Naughty. Fair size yacht to sail solo (though I imagine that isn't your ideal plan!).

What kind of stove is that on the wall, McN?

Hi Dr Rog, that's cool about your mate having one. She is a great boat, and I agree with you on keeping her.... and yes solo was never my plan when I bought her, but I'm sure I won't always be going solo, so the extra size will be good when I have company.

It's a kerosene heater on the wall. There is also a Tartan 37 owner's facebook page you might tell your mate about.

Haha HG. I've just seen this. Fortunately Missus has a good sense of humour (not that I push it too far) But we've
done everything together since we've been together so she definately knows she's worth more than a boat and
motor.
