Just out on my boat to do some jobs and found this yacht looking like she is slowly sinking. I have notified NSW Maritime, but if it is your boat or you know the owner I suggest you act quickly.

Should have had Trek Transponder. Whats tragic is 95% of boat owners who get one do it AFTER a disaster.

Looks like sullage hose on the deck. Guess they've gone to find a bigger pump.

A while back a Seabreezer posted info about how much water bilge pumps could move. And surprisingly not much, even the "high" volume ones. You've got to know the bilge is flooding and fix it.

Crappy float switch. This would make a great ad for the Waterwitch electronic, no moving parts bilge pump switch. $50 says the rolling steel ball float switch has flattened the battery!
