My husband and I will shortly be moving our mooring to Woodford Bay. Looking at the best way to pick up passengers, namely myself and our ten month old baby. I've seen people not suggesting to use the Northwood Ferry Wharf however the Woolwich Wharf seems a long way to drive to get picked up on a regular basis. Does anyone have any other suggestions for places to pickup passengers? We have a TopHat 25. I'm new to this forum so thanks in advance!

Dinghy from the beach or the Northern shore. Harness and floatees on the baby. Mum boards first.

Join the Greenwich Flying Squadron and have access to the floating pontoon.

Hey mate, I have a TH25 in Woodford! Fourth Lady up near the dinghy storage shed.

Be aware that the tide on the North East corner goes out a fair way and you usually have to walk in the mud to get in the dinghy!

Northwood ferry wharf is a good spot to board or there's also a swimming enclosure on the Western side near the old slipway but thats too shallow to get a TH near... Go for a drive and check it out.

The local BSO Rory is a good guy too.
