I'm trying to find a source of replacement window rubber for a Triton 24 manufactured in 1979.
If anyone can give me a lead I will be most grateful.
Thanks in advance.
Expect this will be a tough one - try these people they are excellent and if they can't provide an equivalent or similar (able to be used) EPDM rubber extrusion then would think it might be curtains.

Are you looking for a glazing wedge profile???, if so, l had trouble finding some glazing wedge rubber for my boat windows until I tried a caravan repairer who does caravan glazing.
Thanks Jolene, I have exhausted every avenue so far including viewing thousands of profiles on the net.
Yes the rubber I need is the wedge type.
I believe the Triton 24 has a unique window frame!
Merv.
Just a thought jag, pop into your local Clark Rubber store and have a look at their selection of rubber profiles,

Is there anything written on the glass or frame??
Do you have a picture of the old rubber or sketch with a few accurate dimensions you could post up. I have 8(?) Meters of new stuff that's no good to me, your welcome to have it
you could replace it with black silicon
I have contemplated that as a last resort knowing it could look horrible and not be as secure as the correct rubber!

There is no identification markings.
I just produced a photo and a sketch with dimensions but not sure of the correct method to 'add' so they are posted on this thread.
Meanwhile, it is 17mm high, 6mm thick and 4mm thick for the portion which pushes into the frame

This would be a relatively standard moulding from some automotive application, I doubt very much that Triton went to the trouble and expense of having their own moulding made.
I have dealt with Scott's Old Auto Rubber and found them to be good, maybe worth a try.

I have also dealt with this company but they do have a downloadable cattle dog, they used to trade as Peter Jackson Old Auto Rubber.

A reference for anyone who maybe able to help I attach a photo and sketch.
I have checked out "old auto rubber" by purchasing door rubber for a classic car!

try www.sealsdirect.co.uk/shopping.asp?intDepartmentId=4 , they may have something that will do the same job even if the profile is slightly different.
