Hi, I need 4 x 5m (or 8 x 2.5m) toe rail for a new catamaran, where can I find that? I looked at all the usual online shops, but nobody carries toe rail. I am in the Northern Beaches, but happy to pay for shipping inside Aus.
Thanks.
What type of catamaran? Mostly modern cats are composite and the old alloy toe rails were well known for being the source of many terribly hard to trace leaks. Can you install a composite toe rail instead and have no bolts - I don't like bolts at all and stay away from the nasty things if possible. And you get a lovely dry interior in your cat.
Otherwise you could talk to Capral but you may have to order 50kg of the extrusion to make it worth their while to extrude it. How about a thin piece of timber (say 15 x 40 hardwood) attached to the stanchion's just 30 mm above the deck?
cheers
Phil
There was a similar post 2015 see here -

I immediately thought of Ullrich - if Ullrich Aust can't assist as per above 2015 post, Ullrich NZ might be able to? Freight costs could be an issue as you say.

Or try here? They are in Qld.........

I had some toerail section replaced as an insurance job last year. Try Guile Marine Accessories on (02) 9316 8236 or Sheerline Spars- not sure which the yard used (both in Sydney).
