it's name is?

Im no Kiwi but i recon its a "munted" bearing

In my former life when I was young and knew everything we used to have a machine that used a similar sort of bearing . I think they are called a "self aligning bearing " bearing and housing sold separately. However I am now older and unfortunately realise I don't really know much at all so could be dare I say it.....wrong. A place to start any way.

Its a "square flange self aligning bearing housing"
