Anybody know what this boat is?

It is moored in Five Dock Bay and hasn't moved for quite some time. Looks to be about 42 to 45 feet long and has a canoe stern. Boat name is 'Be My Guest' and it is sloop rigged.

Valiant 40 comes to mind...........one here;

The company stopped building in 2011...........

or it could be a 42........

or a Tayana 42......

I don't think it is a Perry design. The sheerline is not right and the cabin trunk is of a more modern shape. It also doesn't have the old world look of most Perry designs.

His double enders also mostly had spoon bows.

I thought it was a Swanson 42 at first but they have an aft cabin behind the cockpit that is quite high and fat. They also have distinctive port lights along the side of the hull.

Definitely not a Swanson 42. As well as what was mentioned above about the aft cabin and portlights, the Swanson 42 also has a significant sheer break just aft of the cockpit and the sheerline ahead of the cockpit is relatively straight.
