Seven news reported tonight that 3 yachties were rescued off sinking yacht off Moreton Island . They were heading back to Hamilton Island when the boat hit an unidentified object and sank.

I was doing a small job for AMSA when that happened, saw a sample of the fore deck. 20 mm thick in the good part, completely corroded through in the not so good part.
