Do you reckon the lashing are strong enough to keep it submerged when the tide comes in???

Hi Cisco,
I alway enjoy your insightful comments.
The rack was only built a month ago and this has been a test run.
I wanted it to be as far above the water level as possible, and the tender to still be manageable by one person.
I have been watching it regularly. I was was expecting it may move but so far it has not.
This tender is lighter than the one coming in a couple of weeks.
My new tender arrives in a fortnight and I have four ratchet straps I will use to secure it.

Anything for a laugh. By the way you have constructed it I am thinking you must have freehold title to the high water mark you lucky devil.
