Back in his day Agnelli(Fiat) used to fly into Antibes in his helicopter. Get taken out to his yacht Stealth by rib that was already under sail. Helm for an hour then rush back to work.
That was straight from the office sailing. Lots of crew involved though.

With the size of that rig I would have one crew member solely dedicated to making sure those running backstays were properly set.
