Hi guys. Looks like the S&S is good to go and headed north after a few minor touch ups.
Just looking into cruising guides for Tassie East Coast that are reliable and current that anyone might recommend. First time for me on that coast.
Thanks.
The Tasmanian Anchorage Guide is pretty good but I also found a Cruising Yacht Club of Tas one called Cruising North East Tasmania which gives some good extra detail on that area if you are planning on spending some time there. Hadn't seen the second one until I spotted it down in Tas when I was last there so you should be able to find it.
RYCT Guide is most conservative as it is written for the punters Jeremy leads around in the cruise
CYCT Guide comprehensive and remember there is one for north east coast now
John Brettingham Moore's guide (out of print) is best if **** is hitting the fan as it has a lot of fishing boat spots to hide
There was a copy of John Brettingham Moore's guide for sale in Tamar Marine a month ago.
We carry the NE and SE CYCT guides, the RYCT guide, the four MAST boating maps, The Shank by Ian Johnson for the SW and Jack & Judes guide. The online MAST guide to the state is also good.
Cheers

Great. Where are you? I'll be in Hobart tomorrow then Kettering for a week.
We're on a Tasmanian circumnavigation at the moment. Hopefully heading Strahan to Port Davey on Monday and back in the channel well before end April. Maybe catch you around Kettering.
Cheers

Sweet.
Theres a nice looking low swinging past in a week or so that has my name on it to head north. Will touch base to see where you're at.
