Hi all
Just received my vessel rego renewal in the mail which didn't make sense as it's due mid Dec. And then the thought hit me...OMG did I forget to pay it!! Sure enough I did...gotta love the pre Xmas craziness!

Turns out that all rego renewals are being sent out a month or two late at the moment due to a "Technical hitch" at Maritime.

So just an FYI if yours is due around now...I guess that's one situation where the old rego stickers were useful

Cheers
Gos

You can now link all NSW registrations and licensing to your service NSW account.
They will send emails and text your mobile when they are due.

Here i was thinking that i got lucky and had the wrong month for registration renewal in my mind.
Shocked when i also got the renewal form sent out a month late.A good heads up for those who have not yet received there delayed renewal notice yet.

Same storey with my notice. Interestingly date of the notice was 29 October. I received mine last week for a 4 December due date.
Was told the same a glitch in the system.

Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle/boat is registered at all times, you should not need to be reminded by the registration authority that it's time to cough up again.

If this had been your car and you were pulled over whilst driving do you really think the copper would give a damn that the reason you are driving an unregistered vehicle is because you hadn't yet received you renewal notice.

I have 5 cars and a boat. I don't have enough memory space.
