Has anyone here owned one and/or sailed on one that might offer an opinion on them ? Especially where build quality and known issues are concerned...

Yes. We had Indulgence back in the early '90s which then became Katinka. I saw her last at Marmong Point on the hard a few years back looking worse for wear. No idea of since. We had no issues back then. Did a couple of Coffs, Southport etc back in the day.
Great boat, easy to sail short handed. Helm could attend to both main and headsail sheets, just couldn't skirt the rail.
Thanks. Some boats have well known problems and your comments sound like the boat will be without anything serious
