After more than a decade of solid service my Navico TP300CX tillerpilot has finally died. The motor and thrust rod etc work fine, but the flux gate compass has stopped working. A quick poke around under the cover revealed that one of the gimballed attachment points for the compass device has broken.
I think the Navico TO300CX is the same as the Simrad TP32. Anyway, if anyone has one with a working compass but a crook motor, let me know and we'll see if we can make one out of the two
