I am sorry this has to happen.
Like you say she needs to get out.
Maybe the new owner will love her like you do.

Thanks Alex. I am very disappointed that a former senior Navy officer would allow what happened to happen. A most unpopular person amongst his colleagues back then and I can see why. I had a few bad experiences with him but didn't really know him personally in my Navy time.
When I joined you at the marina to look at Sea Star the broker wouldn't shake my hand and treated me aloofly. He and the owner deserve each other.
As you say, put it down to experience and move on. Karma exists, the broker will get his one day.
