Most of the detail is in there, couple of other points I'd add in;
* I used the grey colour and it's pretty darn light - photos make it look almost white. I'll be interested to see how that changes as it dries. As it happens, suits me fine, but something to consider if you were looking for something darker.
* Ripping up a second roller to glue onto a paintbrush would definitely be a good idea if like me, you've had to leave some deck hardware on, or have harder to reach places. Will definitely make one for second go.
* I slopped on with a paint brush and did a semi paint with it, then used a notched trowel to spread it properly. The great advantage in this was after using the trowel, it soon became apparent where I needed to slop on more.
* I worked in sections of about a foot square, with the tape setup to help me. It was roughly 23-25 degrees and the deck was in full sun, working alone, I definitely wouldn't want to do more than that.
Overall though, I'm super happy with it now - can't wait to get back to it and see what it's like to walk on.

My tin of Kiwigrip has been sitting in the garage for a few months now, while I build up the confidence to take on my approx 12sqM of deck.
You're making me feel much better about tackling the job! 
Small areas and just plod away sounds like the go.
You totally should Jethro - I'm pretty useless when it comes to DIY stuff, so I'm stoked at the difference already.
The interesting thing will be how I go around the bow - I need to do under where the mooring rope goes. Maybe I can find a dock to tie up to overnight or something so that it's got time to go off (or possibly hang off the mooring from the aft cleat??).
You've got some nice peaks in that non-skid! Just what I want.
I figure I'll be doing mine under similar conditions so... did you paint, trowel, wait a bit and then stipple or paint, trowel, stipple in quick succession?
The videos I've seen suggest the wait but I'm guessing they are inside in a cooler environment.

All in quick succession. I'd only do a square foot at a time on each side and after that, I'd do the same section on the other side. By the time I'd finished stippling that, the first side was already getting very tacky, so I'd pull off the tape.
Then I'd start another square foot or so below that and be very light with the roller around the join to link the two areas together without making the first part too aggressive.
So yeh, it's the typical paint thing 85-90% of the time on prep, the rest actually painting!
Did my anchor well hatch as a test run. Took it off and did it at home. Followed instructions and YouTube videos. No problem and very happy.

I wonder if you could give us some updates. I am about to get some for the cocpit. Is it rally hard to clean?

Yeh mate, still waiting on quotes to come in, despite numerous chase ups.
This was from maybe a couple of weeks before the crash.
Just sent through the letter of demand, so we'll see.
Have bought another boat in the meantime, As it was too good a deal to pass up!
