Do we have any knowledgeable people on the making of the Clansman yacht?
please no hearsay but facts, I know they suffer osmosis badly and the companion way was ply and rotted , and they are long and narrow ,
things I am keen to learn was the ballast lead ? If so one cast block or mixed in concrete?
did Bruce build them like they where built in timber strong members glassed in etc .
Is there any known problems with them?
hopefully there is some great information out there .

I raced on one at RANSA some years ago. Wettest boat i've been on when on the wind. But a solid stable boat.
