I took a different approach to Zulu Waterways.
Firstly, all anchorage info (unless otherwise indicated) is based on my personal observations from visiting each anchorage myself.
Secondly, it's a lightweight, single-page web app, runs in any web browser, offline or online and is, designed to run over low-bandwidth connections, such as a satellite connection.
While are map links for each anchorage, it is not a map-oriented user interface, just plain old text, to keep it fast.
It's free and will stay that way
