Hi All,
Looking to fit one to a 31 ft yacht, seems Hydrovane is a well made unit .
Anyone have any issues with them ?
If someone has one they would like to sell, please let me know

Also, can anyone advise their choice tiller pilot for above vessel

Thank you

They might be a bit big and heavy for a 31 footer. They are not servo assist either and have to rely on a large airblade. They are also expensive new and also secondhand. Better off looking for an Aries, Monitor or a Fleming.

That's pretty good value. I did not realize it was new the last time it appeared.

I have a Navik windvane system on my boat. The tiller and vane were removed because the owner was only day sailing. I would like to see it working again. It is a bit cumbusum to lift it by myself on a mooring. If anyone would like to help me put it together, which I have done before it might be a good learning process. We could then go for a sail and test it out. It will take an less than an hour. We can meet at a berth at the CYCA so really convenient.
Please email me if you are interested.
