Turns out the little athletics field in the marginal seat next to his (which also takes kids from his electorate) got $500,000. That's not a typo.
Every other grant received in total added up to $314,000 or so.

I counted about 55 clubs there so it is that plus or minus a bit given my mild or worse dementia as a 66yr old...........so we have 1/2 a million to one club and about 1/3 of a million distributed to 54 other clubs.
So very well done to all those 54 other clubs to get funding. Their average grant will be about $6k so enough for a medium size ss bbq by the looks of it.
Of course the little athletics field club and those other 54 clubs will spend their grant on a lot more worthy issues than a bbq.
Perhaps the little athletics club can on-send some of their 1/2mil to the bushfire / drought appeal organisations.
