Imagine this as a way to build a house you bolt the moulds together and when its ready a truck drops by and pours your house in a day then add your skins

Only trouble I could if you went away for the weekend some one might put it there trailer and go

I guess you could prefab it as well be Light weight as well for transport

If it had a thatched roof you could turn it up side down tow it to your new block of dirty and even be come a Nomadic squatter

I would add a blue scope steel colour bond perminate outer form work an bolt that together then pour the foam with a temp
internal mould

you could just leave the lid of your freeze it you got a little hot

Look up ri-tek they make similar to what your talking about
It's two sheets of fibro joined together by brackets about 100mm apart or so you join all together to form internal and external walls with windows and doorways cut out. Have all conduit in place for electricity. then fill with concrete, render the outside walls and plaster up the inside walls and your done. Heaps of them at Hamilton island and other remote location and cyclone proof

foam would be easier and light weight so a foundation would need less.
Also can soon router a channel for power ect and a far better insulator

But it would probably blow away in a cyclone, or if the Big Bad Wolf came a huffin and a puffin along.
