Can anyone supply the P and E measurements for a Compass 28. Sailboatdata would normally have this info but not for this boat.

I had these measurements from when I had a C29 - can't say for sure if they're accurate:
I = 10000
J = 3500
P = 9000
E = 2800
Mast = 10000 C28 = (9.87m)
Boom = 3000
Forestay = 10800

You might find something here: sites.google.com/site/compassyachtgroup/forum

What is P and what is E? I
I found them on Google
Mine is the predecessor the Northerner28. My mast is 10.13m long and the boom is about 3.3m
You could join the Compass yacht group site and ask there also.
If you are buying a new mainsail, then measuring your own boat would be best, because sometimes changes and repairs are made to masts.
However my data copied from the CYG site is the main sail is luff/leach/foot is 8.76/9.3/3.58 = 16.72 sq metres or in imperial:
28.75/30.50/11.75 = 180 sq feet.

I think it's more like he's selling than buying
