I have a 40ft Duncanson Cutter with a Canon pedestal. It has the gear selector and the throttle on either side. As I need to replace the throttle cable I need to get into the pedestal and for the life of me I cannot work out how!! I have removed the compass that sits on top and the wooden base upon which it sits and can see the cable and levers but they are otherwise inaccessible!!! Anyoe have one of these and can give me some tips on this would be appreciated.
