I have known colin for years (since living next to him on the brisbane river) he's a really nice knowledgeable guy. As always with brokers, its buyer beware - get independant advice / survey and go with your gut feel. Not sure if your buying or selling, but post your purchase / sale up here and you might get some inside knowledge. Its amazing what the SB brains trust know.
