My boat came with an old autopilot which worked good untill the pin broke of.
Any recommendations on repairing it if possible or is it possible to replace end piece
Cheers

If you have the broken bit, I would superglue it back in then get some whipping and whip round the bracket then coat the whipping with 5 minute epoxy.
Thanks guys i think i will try the araldite with the whipping
Dont think liquid nail will be strong enough as its pushing/pulling tiller, Can get a bit heavy at times
Outside of the box I would look at trying to over engineer it. An extra little bit in length won't affect its performance so get a SS tube as a sleeve weld the pin on the end, grind off the old point. Have the tube cut down the length so you can feed the cable through it and slide it over the arm and clamp it in place.
If I haven't explained myself clearly think along the lines of the way an outboard tiller extension arm clamps on.
I think anything else will fail when you need it the most.
I like where slammin is going, it's proably one of those plastics that don't like glue so after the epoxy/ araldite, glass tape / whipping , I'd be tempted to go for a couple of bits of stainless bar or aluminium with holes drilled in the ends and two little stainless bolts to clamp it together. That will work until the other half lets go and then you'll have to do what slammin said
