Does anyone have any experience of Berrys Bay as a mooring location?
Berrys Bay is the next one west of Lavender Bay on the north side of Port Jackson/Sydney Harbour, so west of McMahons Point. It has a wait list of 4 (compared to 67 for Rushcutters Bay), allows boats up to 15m and is in the middle of the fee range.

Yes I have a mooring there. I'm not going to mention why i like it so much as others will flock there... PM if you want more info. I'm just off Noakes shipyard

The other part of the bay has for and aft moorings so it doubles the mooring service costs. I used to rent a mooring there for a few years.

Thanks. At the moment I am on a commercial mooring for about $3800 pa so not sure I wouldn't be better off even with fore and aft servicing, if that were required.
