Hi all, this may be a bit of a long shot...
I need to do some Sikaflexing up under the cockpit deck of my cat and access is restricted. I was wondering if anyone has purchased, made or thought about a Sikaflex nozzle that has a 90 degree bend in the tip so I can attack the job from underneath. I tried a section squirting it beside the area and forcing it into the gap with my finger but it got messy pretty quick.
Now that's cool BB, thanks!
Wish I knew about them before today![]()
Yeah BB, that's the go!
Sometimes searching for something is just about using the right description...
I cut the nozzle hole a little bit bigger than usual.
To much pressure & they blow apart at the join.
But there good.
After sikaflex crapped out on me l started using Fix 15
adhesive joint sealant which is a far better product than scitty sikaflex.![]()
Use Fix Mate Glue for structural apps.![]()
Grab a handfull of nozzles from Bunnings , get your cigarette lighter and gently heat it up turning the nozzle so it heats all around , bend to suit angle you need . Hopefully I can still be a member of tradies equity after giving away secrets. ![]()
