How to make sailing as boring as possible.

I must admit I am conflicted.
Rejecting the new in sailing (aluminum mast, anyone?) in the name of tradition or it doesn't seem right somehow, seems to be inherent in sailing.
However, I would love to give it a try.
Dry, fast, safe (?) luxurious at anchor. and the dance floor, wow!

The helmsman can actually see the sails from his steering position. That's brilliant! The reefing set up at the mast is also well thought out. Not many ideas there that I could steal but if I was suddenly into cruising cats it would be a different story.

What is a boat like that worth?

Edit

Never mind google answered. Around 1.3 million Euros.
