Has anyone ever made a yacht that fits with in the class 5 wheel base rule but has an enclosed or semi enclosed cockpit and has less of a lay down seating position,,, just wondering

I have a clip on faring to help keep the salt of which is removable for racing.
Made from 3 layers of glass, clips on with shock cord and hooks, works very well.

My friend Andrew didnt like the standard seating position so made his a bit more upright...

Don't forget a shade sail and windscreen wipers...

...also sound system and beverage holders might be nice, better throw in a small esky as well

You make the esky into a trailer and tow it behind you.The sail already throws some shade you only need wipers ifn you got a windscreen. Ear pluds for da sound systemand I use my hand to hold my beverage!
