where are the designated kite surfing spots on the swan river. can i kite in front of city???
I know Pelican Point in front of UWA on the North side. Its all upwind tho, so its a bit of a mission if your a newbie.
I'd say the direct City Foreshore will be pretty busy with boats and stuff
launch from south perth foreshore away from where the ferry goes and you will be fine.
kite surfing has been banned in WA, sorry looks like you will have to move to another state.
