Going to be down that way in a couple of weeks for a lightning visit and was thinking about bringing the gear. wondering if there were any nice spots for wave riding.
Some spots look like a good direction (side shore to a seabreeze) from aerial photos but access and reef looks tricky - any non spoiler suggestions welcome?

I went out at middleton beach, waves were a bit small and was onshore wind while I was there but still had a great time!! The family who owns the holiday park right on the beach are into kiting so if all else fails just drop in there and ask them for info on some other spots!!

A real good wave spot down there is called "THE GAP", Best in winter with a decent swell.
Its a bit touristy but has great rights and lefts that peel off both walls.
Their is also a platform for your missus to check you out and take some lovely photos from. Enjoy.
