Female only, 5 mins walk to Contacio beach (in between Trigg and Scarborough). Perfect spot, big house, big room, right beside Trigg bushland and good running trax.
4 bed, but two FIFO so house is never full.
Must be neat and tidy, semi-normal, sense of humour and behave on school nites!
