How do you get in contact with WAKSA in Perth want to put a complain in for Melville beach road.
Anyone reading this I'd advise for people to stick to windsurfing on the left side and kitesurfer on the right side. A windsurfer tried to clean me up, I was in shock that windsurfer can do that.
Please let me get in contact with WAKSA.

what exactly is your beef ?
waksa can't do anything about a complaint . If it is a water issue then get in contact with swan river trust as they have control over the water space

SRT do manage the Swan-Canning system, but they don't 'control the water space'. Most issues relating to watercraft are dealt with by DoT or Water Police.
Harden up mate - you should have just had a chat to them on the shore after the incident
