Am I correct in assuming as per the last decade that left foot forward has right of way crossing the river? Except if the river boat tours is there then it's a free for all for who's lining up to jump it ? Just seeking some clarity thanks ??

Starboard tack does. but hey, be careful cos it seems even if you're trying to act in the best interests of everyone, some shouty Eastern stater will hang sh1t on you

good luck.

On the rules board of Augusta it has left foot forward as right of way in the river that's what the confusing part is I think for the non locals ?

So if I ride a surfboard and only ride natural, which means I have my left foot forward at all times, does that mean I have right of way at all times? Seems logical and in compliance with the sign if you ask me!
