Looking at going to Perth at the start of April for a family/kite holiday. What is the wind & weather like?

let me just look into my crystal ball for next year .
april will have 25 knot winds blowing from the south west every single day from sun up to sun down .
this year we were kiting well into may . but who knows whats happening next year . We have had virtually no winter wind this winter and have had 23-24 degree cloudless days , go figure
