I was reading in my local paper that the City of Melville is looking at creating some new regulations with respect to the dog beach and the possible conflict with Kite Surfers.

Yep so there should be some regs. Far too many dikheads kiting there showing little respect for other kiters let alone dogs and there owners. Ban all the ****wits.
