Hey Fellow kiters
Just wanted to take the time and write down a review of the experience I had with a phenomenal instructor in Safety bay. For those of you who head down there often you might have seen or know Glen, the Canadian instructor who works for the school down there. I was recommended to learn from him by a friend who seemed to have mastered the basics after 3 lessons with Glen. Glen was, in all aspects a legend. He made the teaching process possibly one of the most enjoyable experiences I could have had. Not only did he introduce me to the world of Kiting but he made sure that i felt welcome and that i wasn't just a means towards an income but more as a mate who he was doing a favour for a slab. This amazes me and how much he stood out in a sporting culture that already i found incredibly friendly and welcoming. Glen regularly goes out of his way to look out for his past and current students and if anyone is ever looking for a lesson i would stake my name that you would have a great time and experience learning under Glen. While i'm a newby and freely admit i don't have that much knowledge of the sport, i'm sure glen would make a brilliant teacher and kiting buddy.
I hope this helps anyone looking for lessons in safety bay.
