Whether or not you are a WAKSA member or not doesn't matter. I've picked up a few WAKSA brochures and will be putting them to new faces I see at the beach.
Perhaps there are others willing to do the same?
By putting some useful and positive info about WA we can do a lot to calm the waters a bit, no pun intended.
It is up to us "locals" to put out a positive message and that there are local rules and conventions in Perth.
It would be nice if kite shops would all have them to give out too.
