Does anyone have any recommendations for places to kite in Busselton?
Any direction down around the area would be great.

I am also interested in kiting zones in the area... live in Margs and the only spot ive seen guys out here is at surfers point and im not quite ready to go out there and die yet!!!
I have been told that down at agusta at the rivers mouth is good "the colour patch?"
I saw a few crew out at the beach just south of the town centre when I was holidaying down there.
with busso it is pretty straight so you can go almost anywhere. the most common place is at the west busselton boat ramp located about 3 km west of the center of town or the other place is on the east side of the jetty. the only reason for this is the good parking and a decent place to launch wth out little kids. i prefer out along Forrest Beach road myself. Not many people out there with no walkers and kms and kms of beautiful beach.
Not too sure ...but I remember windsurfers used to frequent the area in Dunsborough just at the end of Dunn Bay Road in Geographe Bay, so just out of the town centre. Fairly shallow water for some way out, all sand.
The beach faces NE. Maybe a good spot for those strong E-NE days??
Anyone else know about this spot? Wouldnt mind knowing myself as I do surf trips down that way often. Would be cool to take the kite.

recently moved to Dunsborough and had a good session at Eagle Bay the other morning on an East wind, but will work ESE and anything with East in it would work in the bay.
Kited it all on my own, not a sole in sight so some company would be nice if anyone around. drop me a line.
