In order to clarify so you don't feel left apart:
1) Since this year the group is too big we've invested on a website, acrossthebay.com.au, that allow us to display all the official information including every training session.

Since this time we have 100 participants and we are concentrating not only in running the event but also in raising 60,000 is almost impossible to send a personalised invite every time there is a training session.
