What's the story with camping with a van at Queensland spots these days 12+yrs ago I would camp around Ellis Beach and yorkeys and even Townsville area and have a few sessions then go back on the dive liveaboards
I heard its 'illegal' now ..

Itd allways been illegal to sleep in any vehicle at any non designsted campground entirety of qld and nt
I know this because ive been doing it every night since 2019 and well before then to when inbetween houseing
