Can I have a recommendation for best places to kite in the surf on the Southern end of the Gold Coast with a southerly wind. Only been in the surf twice and comfortable riding in flat water

The neck is a TWINTIP FREE ZONE surfboards only and for the "locals only" spot we even have our designated parking spots so bugger off to somewhere else I've heard KFC is the spot for a se'r

southern goldie and s/ sse

if u only been in surf twice - advise get plenty more experience first - it can be tricky/ gusty / slightly offshore / dont drop your kite / rocks downwind

occasional sick sessions are possible if u dont drop your kite (u are in the **** if u do) but generally its a pain in the ass - face the traffic north - or a beach with no one else on it south - and for some reason - sometimes it seems to get less windy as you drive south to N NSW!
