I believe all the beaches along the gold coast are very beautiful.
Did kite at The Spit few weeks ago, not crowded, no Flag, wasn,t shark either!
Just don't cross Flags, first rules!
Enjoy the surf at Golden beach!
North of nobbys in a sse to se and an hour either side high tide with sse swell or 27th ave palmie around the headland in a se (do it during the season,not winter - huge wind shadow off burleigh).
Next best surf spot would be between main beach and spit. Keep clear of the flags,and u'll be sweet.
