I'm moving to Brisbane area in three weeks and I'll be in Australia for 1 year or more. I'm currently kiting in Korea and in a year we only need a small kite once or twice when a typhoon comes through. I heard Australia is a lot more windy. In a typical year, how many times will you need a small kite, like a 6 or 7 meter? I have a 9.5 and 11.5 Kahoona. I don't want to waste money on something I don't need and won't use, but I don't like sitting on the beach. Oh yeah, and I mostly ride a surfboard.

Sounds good. If I end up spending a lot of time in WA I may spring for a smaller size, but it doesn't look like I need it for the East Coast.
