It's easier this year as most kiters will join online wich simplifies the procedure, if your local club is hosting a ride/social day or you pick up a form from your shop you can still pay the old fashion way.
The latest news is now QLD has been broken up into particular areas, which means that by you joining your local club your money stays in your area and the club can organize more social events and nights. And in the event such as in Vic,S.A and several beaches in W.A if the local council wish to restrict beach useage or allow only current AKSA members to kite there, you have a strong national voice.
