Based in Brisbane and itching to get out today and tomorrow.
Thinking of heading to southern end of bribie tomorrow , anyone know if that lake on "Buckleys hole" is any good ?

Any advise welcome !

Buckleys works awesome on the rare Westerly frontal we get, never been there on a SE but you could try your luck.

Brighton is usually the pick or a gusty sandgate session if you dare.

Couple of option up the sunny coast.. If your chasing flat water either Moorochydore (behind cotton tree caravan park) which can get dangerous on an incoming tide and result in rescue by less than impressed life savers, Caloundra near kings beach in the bar mouth or Golden beach which is all flat water but you need to watch out for boat traffic and swimmers
