Hi guys,
My brother and i will be up in Maroochydore from the 14th to the 18th of May and are going to pack our gear to hopefully get a kite. I was just hoping some locals may be able to shed some light on the conditions this time of year? Being autumn im assuming its very unpredictable with either no wind or storms like it is down here in SA, but its one of those age old things, if u dont pack the gear its going to be epic!
Any help you guys can provide on the conditions and wether small or large kites would be required is appreciated. Ideally we would pack both small and large kites however with the new airline restictions we are trying to pack lite.
