Is there anywhere that can produce enough mush to be able to ride something like the North Whip or Naish Fish.

Yorkeys Knob in Cairns will give you small swell, enough to play in anyway. Heading south out of Townsville is Alva, out past the sand bar you might get some wave-love action.

I didn't think Pallarenda would catch too much swell.

No worries,

Yeah Pallarenda has pretty much none, except on windy easterlies but I wouldnt bother trying to 'surf' any of the chop.
