Average wind speed for "seabreeze cairns" forecast

Hi, I searched for this but no luck.

Can anyone tell me the average kite season wind speed from (roughly April to November) as it would show on the Cairns Seabreeze chart.. i.e. is it about 20-22knots? or more like 16-20knots for the season?

more like 16-20 I'd say. Every now and then we'll get 20+
